About The Role

DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (w/m/d) to help launch, grow and manage the business in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to work as a cross-functional operations leader to develop and drive growth strategy, tackle complex operational initiatives and play a critical role in the success of DoorDash’s newest market. You will report into the General Manager of Germany in our Strategy & Operations team.

  • Grow - Define and execute on our German expansion strategy and play a critical role in the success of our three sided marketplace
  • Engage – implement scalable initiatives and best practices to ensure a world-class operation
  • Experiment – Use data-driven decision making and sound business judgment to run tests on everything from delivery times to the selection of merchants on the platform.
  • Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, etc. teams to drive strategic initiatives and harness opportunities.
