Your Job

What This Role Looks Like.

  • Advising the top management team on strategic and operational issues
  • Determining need for action and preparing creative and pragmatic solution proposals
  • Analysing projects, resources and risks for the development of strategic planning
  • Preparing and moderating meetings and workshops
  • Managing and continuously developing your own team
  • Closely cooperating with international departments and external partners

Your Profile

What You Bring With You.

  • Several years of professional experience in IT strategy consulting or management consulting
  • Confidence in understanding and conveying complex issues in German and English
  • Excellent command of numbers combined with an analytical mindset
  • Assertive, committed and sociable person with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to take on complex challenges and enthusiasm for developing and delivering solutions
  • Leadership experience

Desirable extras.

  • Degree with a focus on business administration or business informatics
  • Experience working in both agile and classic project environments
  • Affinity for working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
