The role will be a senior member of the analytic support for the Global Biosimilars and Brand Equity organizations. This role will focus on generating business insights to support strategic decision making of the above organizations. Role maintains accountability for overall commercial analytical services, including primary and secondary market research assistance by leveraging internal and external data sources and applying analytic models.

The location is flexible on this role and can be based in France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Ireland or the US.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Strong focus on innovation, data driven insights, self-enablement and teamwork
  • Lead & expand customer insight initiatives as desired standard process across Biosimilars products and Global Brands
  • Support Viatris Biosimilars products and Global Brands analytics and insights which will help evolve strategies to compete in the respective product markets.
  • Proactively engages with the Global Biosimilars and Global Brand Equity teams to identify and deliver analytics solutions that address analytics needs and ensure business solutions are aligned to and support the brand strategy
  • Partners with the Global, Regional and Local Brand Managers with ongoing meetings to understand their needs and provide insights and analytic solutions.
  • Create, Manage and Support in Market Research for Brand Teams.
  • Drive creation of driver and path modeling framework to look at direct and indirect drivers of prescription outcome, brand impact and customer retention path
  • Drive and educate in-market colleagues on the importance of loyalty and engagement practices and collaborate closely for tracking implementation
  • Anticipate how decisions are made, identify the business needs of internal clients, and understand how the service catalog can grow the clients’ business, partner with clients to establish service-level commitments
  • Drive successful user adoption of the Global Commercial and Product Analytics Support.
  • Perform Ad hoc activities as requested

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • University degree or equivalent degree,
  • Experience working with Product and Customer Master Data in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Minimum 5 years of pharma industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Force analytics,
  • Experience with Brand Team analytics,
  • Experience with Marketing analytics,
  • Experience with IQVIA and other 3rd party pharmaceutical commercial data,
  • Will to succeed, clear goal orientation and the ability to implement objectives together with the team,
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work and clear focus on corporate objectives.
