The role

As a Senior Innovation Manager Intralogistics in our automation division, you´ll join a cross-functional team that is building the warehouse processes of the future.

Your main responsibility is to identify, analyze and conceptualize new and innovative intralogistics technologies, concepts and suppliers. You drive the constant innovation of HelloFresh intralogistics processes and automation development and think of smart use cases under consideration of e.g. robotics, AMR, AGV, etc.

The ideal candidate is an energetic team player with an innovative mindset who understands how to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. The candidate must also have an interest in innovating in order to solve business problems creatively and a willingness to immediately tackle key challenges. A willingness to travel and tackle the unknown is highly desirable.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze intralogistics processes and set ups and identify optimization potential in terms of productivity increase, failure rate reduction and flexibility increase
• Evaluate innovations, technologies and suppliers and drive them towards PoC, prototypes, pilots up to roll outs
• Define automation use cases, processes and innovative intralogistics concepts
• Design detail processes, layouts and concepts as well as create, align and communicate their requirements
• Lead alignment with internal and external stakeholders such as tech, logistics planning, markets, automation suppliers etc.
• Write the story of robots in our warehouses and define the warehouse of the future
  

What You’ll Bring

• You are proud of your degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, economics or a comparable qualification
• With 4-5 years of professional experience in the automation and or logistics industry (preferred B2C), you already have gained profound technical expertise
• You are able to analyze processes and markets, develop business cases, and define technical requirements and processes
• Good organization is one of your great strengths, you act proactively and always convince with clear communication both internally and with external service providers
• You are characterized by a high level of motivation and enthusiasm, and you are open to travel at home and abroad
• You feel comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
