Aufgaben

You will be responsible for a legally compliant finance and accounting system.
In particular, you support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, control our invoice and receivables management, ensure the right financial data at the right time and take care of everything else that arises in the finance area.
You also support our managing directors and shareholders with controlling and reporting tasks.
You work closely with our leadership and are our "Swiss Army Knife" in all finance matters.

You have room for development and create the perfect contemporary accounting setup with us. You develop a highly automated and efficient financial accounting system.
In cooperation with the BI team, you also further develop our reporting landscape and thus provide all relevant KPIs.

Qualifikation

You have 4-5 years of professional experience in finance - preferably in an e-commerce or start-up environment.
You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a specialisation in taxes, finance & controlling.
You have already worked with DATEV UnternehmenOnline.
You are a pro in Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
You have German and English language skills at a professional level.
You have good communication skills, an analytical mindset and a high process orientation.
You have a hands on mentality.
You get extra points for: a first leadership experience; enjoying your work, even when things get turbulent; being familiar with modern finance and controlling tools such as Circula, GetMyInvoices, Pleo and PowerBI.
