About the position:

TheSenior Finance Manager (all genders) will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company by performing and overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal control procedures. As part of the Finance team, you’ll work alongside a Finance Manager and Finance Analyst to drive the department’s strategies. You possess a strong understanding of financial regulations, quick comprehension of the application of the tools in use as well as the internal company contexts, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to various stakeholders.

Your role and goals:

• Financial Reporting. Prepare and report financial data and present meaningful insights to the management team for strategic decision-making

  • group consolidation in LucaNet

  • reporting on entity and group level covering P&L, Cash Flow and equity development

  • revenue and cost analyses

  • shareholder and regulatory reporting regarding monthly/annual results

  • close collaboration with the accounting service provider

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans. Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

• Cost centers management: create and administer our cost center structure

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role with professional expertise in Finance & Accounting

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Familiarity with DATEV or similar software (experience with LucaNet is a big plus!)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German & English to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
