RESPONSIBILITIES

Agriculture is changing. Agriculture demands new solutions. Agriculture goes digital. This is our motivation. To become the leader in digitalfarming, we want you. Within the agronomy team, we strengthen our team in Cologne.

You think out of the box? You will develop the global On-Farm Development (OFD) program across crops and countries.
We drive change: Moreover, you will manage the innovation pipeline for all OFD projects and lead the priorisation of future xarvio FieldManager extensions to new crops, indications and other applications like seeds and fertilisers.
We like it well-founded: You will steer the planning and implementation of the large-scale farm trial as well as the analysis of the data.
You are right in the middle: You have the ability to drive various R&D pipeline projects within agronomy and experienced in internal and external R&D stakeholder management.
QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in agricultural sciences or related fields
Several years of working experience within the precision agriculture and agronomy
Expertise on different crops, diseases/pests and indications
First leadership experience and strong skills in project management
Fluent English and good German skills
