For our SAP Competence Center, based in Stuttgart, Germany, we are looking for an SAP Business Analyst for Solution Manager System 7.2 (m/f/d)

Scope of your role
  • Plan and implement SAP Solution Manager scenarios such as change request management, process documentation, CCLM, BPCA/SEA, IT Service Management and Test Suite as part of a S/4 HANA greenfield implementation
  • Design the IT processes for the different scenarios, and configure the Solution Manager system accordingly
  • Operate and monitor transports based on the defined ChaRM procedures
  • Plan SAP Solution Manager system upgrades, implement service packs and bugfix notes, and execute required testing
  • Train the project teams on using SAP Solution Manager scenarios, and provide adequate training materials
  • Manage users and privileges together with the roles & authorizations team
What Defines You
  • Degree in an IT related discipline e.g. Informatics, Business and Information Technology or equivalent
  • Comprehensive experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2, and some if not all mentioned scenarios; ChaRM is a must
  • Professional background as SAP base administrator with good understanding of the SAP central transport administration
  • Strong interest into IT processes, ITIL affairs and functional exposure, combined with project management experience
  • Solid understanding of SAP system architectures and application lifecycle management
  • Insights into Focused Build features would be beneficial
