Responsibilities
- Build out our commercial/ enterprise (1000+ employee deals) sales strategy in Europe
- Become a team lead for one of our agile Sales pods and help to shape and maintain our growth strategy (If you aren’t familiar with the concept of sales pods, have a look here)
- Build and lead an excellent team of sales rockstars (SDRs & AEs)
- Enable and coach your sales team to be successful and effective at scale
- Take ownership to open up new markets and expand our impact in existing markets
- Establish the best buying experience for our customers, constantly improve the sales process
- Understand the customer’s buying processes and communicate effectively with different personas (executives, HR, IT and others)
- Own the sales process with high-profile customers (mainly inside sales) and close new deals
- You hold a university degree and have 3+ years work experience as an Account Executive or in a sales team lead role (ideally in B2B SaaS)
- You have significant experience with selling to enterprise customers
- You have a proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious targets
- You excel at communicating a vision and motivating others
- Your strong suit is asking the right questions to understand a customer’s needs and decision process quickly, and you work with the customer to generate value for them
- You are a very process driven person and continuously work to improve existing processes
- You are passionate about employee enablement, continuous learning, and the future of work, and you are ambitious to have real impact in this space
- You are fluent in German and English both in written and spoken form
- It’s a plus if you have successfully recruited, mentored and trained B2B sales reps (AEs & SDRs) in the past (ideally in a SaaS and/or HR tech company)
