Field Sales Representative JD

Job Brief:

We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative, mainly in Automotive industry, to carry out sales activities, attract new clients, and source new sales opportunities. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Responsibilities:

● Applying various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, networking) to reach target customers

● Research and generate or follow through sales leads

● Evaluate Customer needs, skills, and requirements to build long lasting relationships

● Acquire customer programs, projects, opportunities, that would generate sales

● Attend exhibitions, meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

● Report and provide feedback to management using financial and technical statistical data

● Forecast sales from managed accounts, meet personal sales targets

● Maintain and manage client database within assigned territory.

Requirements and skills:

● Proven sales experience

● Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

● Self-motivated and driven

● 5+ years of experience in project management, sales, or supply chain management in Automotive industry

● Track record of over-achieving quota

● Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

● Computer use competency

● Bachlor degree or equivalent (Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree is preferred

)
