About

Tecloman is a professional supplier of turnkey energy storage solutions. Tecloman’s products (battery cells, BMS, battery packs, and power conversion systems) have been widely applied in residential, industrial/commercial, and large-scale battery storage systems. We also have accumulated rich experience designing and manufacturing batteries in the marine, RV, and automotive industries and growing demand in Behind-the-meter Market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the responsible distributors and develops new business partner
  • Build brand recognition
  • Develops marketing and customer loyalty programs (including trade fairs, public relations)
  • Develops clear sales strategy for responsible market/region ensuring profitable growth and high customer loyalty
  • Apply programs to attract installers and build relationships with them
  • Monitors the market development in the country/region on a regular basis and proactively suggests strategies and actions to make the company as successful as possible
  • Builds up network with relevant bodies
  • Areas of focus: Northern Germany or Southern Germany or Austria

Qualifications

  • Academic background which is related to business, marketing or engineering
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience with ESS or Inverters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of technologies in the energy related products
  • Fluent in German & Strong understanding in English
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic and ability to convince and motivate people within and outside the organization

Salary: 60,000.00€ - 90,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Berlin: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
