Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben

• Reklamationsmanagement (Inbound & Outbound) & Ursachenbezogenes Maßnahmenmanagement
• Wöchentliche Planung des Mitarbeitereinsatzes mit Operativen (RTO)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und gemeinsame GEMBA Walks
• Standardisierung und Optimierung der Q-Prozesse Inbound
• Durchführen und Moderieren von PPS / 8D Reports und Durchführung bzw. Koordination von Schlungen
• Regelmäßige Q-Walk Audits (Kritische NCC Faktoren)
• Verifizierung von Verpackungs- und Prozessänderungen hinsichtlich Qualität
• Durchführung von Verbesserungsprojekten und Wirksamkeitsprüfungen
  

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Qualitätswesent
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsvorausplanung, idealerweise im Bereich der Automobilindustrie oder Logistik
• Hohe Eigenständigkeit in Dokumentations- und Auditprozessen
• Umsetzungsstarke, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
• Führungserfahrung, Umsetzungsstarke, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
