Your mission

In order to continue to be successful as one of the leading manufacturers of LiDAR sensors, we want to continue to satisfy our customers in the future, e.g. by delivering our sensors on time. Our customers expect continuous product innovations. This is where our development teams come in. These need various unusual materials, tools and devices. As a purchasing and shipping specialist (m/f/d), you will take care of the smooth process of purchasing and ensure that every package arrives safely at the specialist department. This also includes shipping our products to customers.

Your tasks

⟋ You accept order inquiries from the departments and execute them reliably. You don’t shy away from ordering in various online shops around the world.
⟋ You register and distribute goods that have arrived, you clarify missing parts or complaints as the interface between suppliers and our teams.
⟋ You validate invoices and file them digitally.
⟋ You prepare prepacked parcels for shipment and track them.
⟋ If necessary, you can apply for the relevant customs documents.
⟋ You always have an eye on the e-mail inbox and our ticket system and keep everything tidy.
⟋ As a contact person (m/f/d) you answer questions from the specialist departments regarding orders and dispatches.
⟋ As part of the office team, you will support general office issues such as reception, telephone, mail, etc.

Your profile

⟋ You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree and have some professional experience in the area of purchasing and shipping or a comparable position.
⟋ We are also happy about career changers with a very good perception and a cool head when dealing with complicated processes.
⟋ You are fit in everyday use of computers, the internet and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
⟋ You would like to familiarize yourself with new topics, such as customs applications. Previous knowledge of customs / ATLAS is an advantage but not a must.
⟋ You are characterized by a high level of customer and service orientation.
⟋ You are reliable, work in a structured, precise and independent manner.
⟋ You have very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
