*About the opportunity

As our Proposition Marketing Manager, you’ll actively explore how our customers interact with our products and translate your findings into actionable insights. You’ll partner closely with our product management and engineering teams as a key voice, consolidating the market requirements and feeding these into the product to deliver a strong market proposition strategy.
You’ll also partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive growth by positioning and messaging our value proposition to customers, as well as utilising industry analytics and the media. Finding creative ways to allow an ongoing feedback loop between us and our customers will come second nature to you, as will influencing across our internal teams to ensure a customer lens is put on all of our product decisions.
This is a pivotal role in our business and for the right candidate: this is a dream role, offering you the opportunity to use our market-leading products to disrupt the hospitality industry.

What we need you to do*
- Determine the proposition strategy:
- portfolio packaging,
- defining target segments,
- developing key messaging – to maximise revenue, profit and market share within the market
- Own the commercial success for whole portfolio in a defined market
- Position the propositions (there could be multiple) in the market
- Determine the marketing budget to be aligned to each proposition together with the commercial targets
- Provide the content and planning brief to the Marketing team for creation of marketing assets and campaigns’ execution
- Continuously monitor the performance of campaigns, and sales results- to evaluate if changes are necessary to meet target
- Own the sales enablement process and content creation for the sales team
- Integration Partners’ relations
- Recommendation and evaluation (in collaboration with Product Team) of new Partnership opportunities
- Coordination of new Partner’s on-boarding (with Integration Team, Marketing Comm and Sales)
- Marketing to Partners and of Partners to Customers
- Coordination of API Portal marketing
- Input based on market feedback into product development analysis
- Identification of new proposition opportunities and working with Product and commercial teams on business cases
- Market research to understand trends & competitive landscape
About you
- You know how to do this – you have previous experience in either a proposition marketing role or in a content/communications role at a B2B, SaaS, AdTech, hospitality tech or startup business. You have the experience developing value propositions, positioning, and communications for market launches
- You’ll have some success stories to share – you’ll be proud of the products you’ve helped take to market, with demonstrable success in building a successful customer facing product within a fast-growth company
- You relentlessly think Guest – you put a customer lens on all that you do. You have the ability to understand the problems of our target customers and translate them into actionable insights
- You’re bold and prepared to drive change – you use learning techniques, soft skills and lead by example to inject new ways of thinking wherever needed and you’re not adverse to trying new things in order to deliver the best possible service
- You’re kind– one of our most important attributes in a Guestliner, you’ll go out of your way to help others and feel proud when others around you succeed
- You’re tech- savvy – whilst you don’t need to be able to code, we like our Guestliners to be tech-savvy enough to understand the nuances and workings of our technologies. You consistently work to find smart ways to automate non-value related tasks
- You’ve got a curious mind – you read around your subject and default to open when it comes to sharing knowledge
- You’re great with people – you understand how to get the best out of people, delivering a message right and influencing across different teams and stakeholders; from Engineers to Sales to c-suite, customers and third parties
- You have an analytical mind– you question everything and relentlessly use data to make informed decisions and influence others
- You can work autonomously - once given a project you can tackle the bulk of it taking input and feedback but making it your own through to successful conclusion
- You’re happy to travel – whilst this role is Germany based, our customers are all over the globe so you should be free to travel when needed
- You speak the language of our customers –you’re fluent in German
