Job description

  • Support of the management in operational and strategic tasks
  • Implementation of individual projects
  • Prepares, reconciles, and tracks reports
  • Creation of presentations, statistics and action plans
  • Document management – preparation, handling
  • Obtaining information, research activities
  • Creation of analyzes and decision templates
  • Coordination and preparation of appointments for the management

Applicant’s profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a Sales, Finance or in an equivalent discipline
  • First professional experience in controlling, business analytics and/or marketing, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are considered as a plus (e. g. Dutch, Danish, German, Polish or Swedish)
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
