You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of small and medium-sized projects in the industrial environment, from requirements gathering to the customer’s acceptance of the software solution.
You are the central point of contact for our customers in Germany and Austria.
You lead the project team and manage subcontractors.
You are the contact person and responsible for coordinating subcontractors in the process of obtaining offers, implementation, and invoicing.
You support the sales team in preparing proposals for customers.
You ensure a complete, cost-effective, timely, and quality-compliant delivery according to customer orders.

Completed technical university degree or a comparable education.
Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel and coordinating subcontractors.
Industry and process knowledge in the fields of Public Safety & Security Authorities and Organizations such as fire department, rescue, industrial security, and/or command and control systems.
A work style characterized by economic thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of service and solution orientation.
Willingness to implement processes and continuously improve them, process design, and implementation.
Good communication skills, proactive action, and attention to detail are a given, as well as good proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written.
