The Role:

  • Managing and coordinating M&A projects in the Renewable Energy Sector

  • Leading cross-functional project teams

  • Contributing to significant corporate group initiatives (including strategy and corporate development)

  • Actively participating in the formulation and updates

  • Offering assistance in defining portfolio strategies

The Individual:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, with a track record of outstanding academic achievements.

  • Initial experience in M&A, preferably in corporate, investment banking, or advisory roles.

  • A strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic mindset, capable of concurrently considering various variables.

  • Business Proficient English and German.
