Your tasks:
  • Design, implementation, follow up and optimization of Network concepts
  • Realization of benchmarks regarding lead times, production cost and impact of con-cepts by analyzing huge set of shipment data
  • Interpretation of business and KPIs figures related to the concepts and derivation of measures and actions
  • Contact partner and support function for the European cluster and country organiza-tions
  • Preparation of reports, briefing documents and presentations

Our requirements:
  • Our ideal candidate has either a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably with main focus on logistics) or profound professional experience ideally in the Freight forwarding in-dustry, for example as a forwarding agent or gained significant first experience. Fur-thermore, he/she excels in project management and supporting methodologies, with the following abilities:
  • Know how in planning and setting up groupage line hauls in European land network
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competencies
  • Ability to work independently, thoroughly and structured, but also to support the team
  • Fluent in English, German and further European language skills will be a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to talk and present to stakeholders at all lev-els of the organization
  • Flexibility, commitment and willingness to project-related traveling
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Any international working experience will be an advantage
  • Ideally a background about the Logistics industry and respective business workflows
