Tasks

• As the project manager of our interdisciplinary squad, you’ll play a crucial role in building and developing long-lasting relationships with our customers.
• Your focus will be on understanding their needs and business goals, analyzing data, and collaborating with both internal and external teams to develop innovative solutions that exceed their expectations.
• You’ll be the point person for ensuring our customers’ needs are met in alignment with our product team and will work closely with our sales and business development teams to support them with your technical expertise.
• You will convey our product vision, goals, and progress to a diverse set of stakeholders, including executives and customers.
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills are a prerequisite for this position, as it involves engaging with German partners and customers, and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in German is essential to excel in this role
• Experience in project management, customer success, customer experience and delivery
• Basic understanding of software development and technology
• Empathy and curiosity for customer needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
• Team-oriented work attitude and strength in communication
• A “never-stop-learning” mindset and a desire to develop and grow
