About the role

In this exciting role you are responsible for Project Management Office related tasks.

What you will do

  • System owner to continuously develop and ensure the operation of SSC FM systems (CAFM / Efficio / pitFM)
  • Global coordination of efficiency improvement programs for energy and media (including FM-KPI’s reporting)
  • Develop, secure, report and analyze safeguarding operations and support global department targets
  • Development and secure the energy management system on site (ISO 50 001)
  • Support utility consumption and cost planning
  • Support global coordination of CAPEX process

What you will need

  • Bachelor with work experience or Master degree
  • EDP knowledge (especially CAFM, Metering)
  • English: fluent, contractual level
  • Knowledge of statistics and data analysis
  • Experience in ISO-norms and laws
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Planning and organizational talent
  • Communication skills, cultural sensitivity
  • Reliability, teamwork
