The candidate will manage an IT Training Program in Germany including the successful delivery of all IT training program deliverables. The Federal Program Manager’s success is measured by the primary criteria of:
- overall client / program satisfaction
- attainment of original program margin targets
Under the direction of the Director, Federal Programs, the Federal Program Manager works closely with Government Program Managers, Federal Account Executives, Outside Contractors / Vendors, Subject Matter Experts, International Operations, and training center coordinators to ensure that the training program meets the business requirements defined by the customer.

Manages a program team of five to eight direct reports assigned to this program .

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree required. Degree in education, organizational development, instructional design, or business administration recommended. Experience in project management, PMI or other relevant certification.
Must hold a DoD Directive 8140.01, Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level III certification of one of the following:
- Certified Information System Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (or Associate)
- GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
Experience in project management, PMI or other relevant certification.
- Three years’ experience overseeing the delivery of services for a complex program with performance/oversight at multiple sites, geographically dispersed.
- Two+ years of experience in managing IT training programs.
- 1+ years of experience in managing army information assurance training programs. Prior project management experiences on Cisco, Microsoft or other IT course development a plus.
- Secondary: 2+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise training projects involving multiple delivery modes (instructor led training, web-based delivery, virtual instructor led sessions, assessment, evaluation, etc), Experience should include management of training projects through entire training lifecycle (needs analysis – delivery and ultimately final evaluation)
- Working knowledge of learning authoring tools and learning management technologies
- Must live or be willing to move to near the Wiesbaden Germany area with limited travel (up to 15%) required for some client assignments and sales meetings
