Your Future:
In your role as International Product Development Manager Pizza (m/f/d) you will develop innovative international pizza and snack recipes from prototypes to industrialization according to the innovation process and portfolio strategy.

Here you will work closely with collegues within international R&D as well as cross-functionally with international Marketing, Innovation-Management and the production technology center

Your tasks include also the collaboration with local country product development units to support product development projects there.

Collaboration with ingredient lead engineers to screen and qualify new ingredients is part of your responsibilities as well as the setup, performance and coordination of the supporting analytical infrastructure (internally, externally) to evaluate ingredient, process parameters and finished good characteristics

You will interpret those parameters, conclude further development steps, and build up company knowledge on ingredients, recipe solutions and correlated sensory-functionality.

You will collect, organize and present your results and project-related documentations using supporting IT-infrastructure

You will also screen scientific research on ingredient and recipe systems and trends in order to transfer those into the innovation process

In this function, you will have contact to ingredient supply chain, institutes and other external partners and contribute to cross-functional working groups / internationalization (e.g. strategy teams).

Your strengths:
You have a university degree in Food-Technology / Food Chemistry, focused on Bakery-Technology and Applications.

Ideally, you have finished an apprenticeship as Baker or culinary Chef.

During your work in a product development positions with dough based and / or savory products, you have gained the capability to translate scientific knowledge to practical approaches.

You have a good command of English in written and spoken language.

A passion for pizza, snacks and a high creativity completes your profile.
