Product Quality Manager for IC Products (f/m/div)

• Define and deploy quality targetsfor products based on customer, market, and application requirements
• Develop and execute a qualification strategyand plan (cost, time, resources) based on customer requirements or product and technology innovation
• Manage technical risk managementby method and product expertise as well as being a role model of a challenging reviewer
• Perform product qualificationaccording to plan
• Ensure that quality criteria are met with a focuson value add for customers and Infineon
• Drive information and documentationof product quality-related topics like quality-related queries and qualification documents
• Drive in deciding / decisions in case of product and production deviationsand risk management for products in volume production
• Cooperate with other internal business and operational functionsfor all Quality Management aspects

• A degreein Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
• Background knowledge on the technologyof silicon materials
• About 5 years of experience in the fields of Quality Engineering/Managementin a technical environment and/or Research & Development/Engineering/Application of product and/or technology
• Advanced experience in tests and methods from reliabilityas well as failure analysis
• Proven experience in quality methodssuch as e.g. FMEA, 8D, and/or international standards as JEDEC/AECQ as a plus
• Fluent English skills with German skillsor willingness to learn as a plus
