工作内容
Your roleDeliver the product marketing strategy for the responsible business unit, including the ‘where to play’ & ‘how to win’ definition, market research and budget planning in alignment with the overall company strategy to further strengthen and grow the core business
Define, coordinate and implement the go-to-market strategy for new products, line extensions and follow-up products with the relevant stakeholders from product management, technical application, new customer segments marketing, sales, service, etc. according to strategic priorities
Ensure constant communication and drive awareness for all product lines within the responsible business unit based on a yearly communication plan
Drive regular cross-functional collaboration with the Software and NCS Marketing teams as well as other members of the marketing organization
Create and deliver global product marketing campaigns with a high customer-centric approach and roll-out as toolbox to global ZEISS Sales and Service Centers as well as other sales channels (partners, e-shop, etc.)
Develop industry-leading marketing assets and campaigns with strong focus on the company’s new customer segments to ensure application-driven communication across all product lines
Exchange closely as key contact person with the product management, technical application and sales teams globally to develop customer-centric communication assets and market-centric campaigns
Drive the internal implementation of a customer-centric approach into the marketing organization
Your profile
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, digital marketing, international business with focus on marketing, product marketing or related fields
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in product marketing of technical products with at least basic experience in designing, implementing, and managing international product launches and customer-centric marketing campaigns
- At least fundamental experience in successfully introducing new products in global & local B2B markets
- Ability to understand complex topics and create catching content with clear messaging matching the ZEISS brand guidelines
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
- Distinctive hands-on mentality, decision-making as well as self-confident independent working style
- Strong team spirit and open communication capabilities paired with creativity
- Business English and German fluently written and spoken
- Travel requirement: up to 20%
