Your responsibilities

  • Client Support – You will work closely with the operations team to help and resolve the inquiries from the clients and customers about their production environment. We make sure everyone can operate smoothly.
  • Validation and Monitoring – You will be responsible to monitor and review the alerts from the live environments and inform the respective team about the findings.
  • Process implementation and Internal Audits – You will support the operations department with the internal audits for different projects. The audits also lead to new ways of improving our existing processes and set new standards.
Your profile

  • Tech Skills – You have a basic understanding about a software development lifecycle and an overall passion for digital trends and automatization.
  • Education – You are currently studying in a tech- or business-focused field and have a strong interest in IT processes. You have excellent English language skills - German is a plus.
  • Soft Skills – You have excellent analytical and communication skills. You approach tasks proactively and enjoy the hands-on start up mindset.
