The Operations Management Office (OMO) sits within Service Operations in the Service business unit, Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. We own the operational governance, drive the business transformation agenda for operations in Service and act as an interface between global headquarters and regional operations. We are the centre of excellence for system and process developments within the region. Furthermore, we provide daily business support to help our operational colleagues reach their (and all our) targets to deliver the Service KPIs and overall Service strategy.

To support our team we are looking for an Operational Growth Specialist (m/f/d) for our locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna or Aarhus.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive yearly/quarterly review capacity planning process for our region NCE, aligning supply and demand requirements from different stakeholders and sub-regions
  • Be an interface to both Global and sub-regions for capacity planning
  • Coordination with other business partners using and developing appropriate systems, tools and templates for the capacity planning process
  • Give input to and apply operational strategy and share best practices how to meet demand with various type of resources like Vestas techs, subcontractors, overtime, Vestas employees from other regions for the SBU and sub-regions
  • Evaluate and balance the capacity overview and prepare action plans for the SBU and take initiatve in rolling-out actions across the region
  • Continuous identification of opportunities for improvement of process and overall governance

Your qualification:

  • Master or equivalent in Business/ Economics field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience;
  • Experience within process optimization, business development or project management is an advantage
  • Fluent in English on professional level
