The posting refers to the project phase to ensure Day 1 readiness of DTFS GmbH on December 1st. Interest in joining the new organization and continuing the task in the future DTFS GmbH is a prerequisite.

What you will be doing:
As part of the DTFS team “Sales and Product Management MB Truck & Bus” team”, you represent DTFS as a contact person in joint functional topics MB Truck / Fuso / Bus (Function). You will work in an agile environment with focus on key topics customer loyalty, market intelligence, pricing/campaigns. In this role you will work very closely with the brand partner colleagues from MB Truck / Fuso / Bus on a daily basis. As DTFS, you are integrated into relevant functional topics of the brand partner.
Further key functional topics are: Product management and Training, planning.
Among your tasks and responsibilities are:
- Brand relationship management function, establishing/maintaining and further developing business relationships with the brand partners
- Be the “DTFS counterpart”: You are the dedicated contact for the functional departments of MB Truck / Fuso / Bus and act as an interface for all sales-related topics between the vehicle side, the DTFS departments and the Market Support Team(s) (MST)
- Integrated steering of the functional topics and close coordination with the MST, the vehicle side and the DTFS departments
- Support: Problem solving, escalation, timely processing of various pending inquiries on functional topics you will be working on
- Projects and processes: Integration of DTFS in projects and initiatives including development of processes on VS1 in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders
- Co-creation: Evaluation and further development of initiatives and measures in close cooperation with the MST, the vehicle side and DTFS internally. Promotion of the exchange of best practices
- Performance management: Analysis of sales key figures, definition of use cases and evaluation of market KPIs with regard to target achievement, including recommendations for action to optimize DTFS performance
- Monitoring of KPIs and creation of monitoring and reporting
- General support in Sales & Marketing topics
Qualifikationen
The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and qualifications:
- Master degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
- Minimum two years operational experience in financial sector and / or Sales /Marketing (ideally for Commercial Vehicles)
- Understanding of the business models of MB Trucks, EvoBus and Fuso and experience in the collaboration with the Brand Partners
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office especially in MS Project, Power Point and Excel
- Fluent English and German skills
- and demonstrate following skills:
- Strong in quickly building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong persuasive and tenacity skills
- Flexibility and ability to see multiple perspectives to foster agile collaboration mode
- High intrinsic motivation for independent working mode
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Pioneering spirit and courage to take risks
- Pleasure to travel
