Naturally, this is done via visual storytelling.As aMarketing Designer (all genders), you will work with other designers in the team, but specifically oversee our supportive digital agency to create together new, exciting as well as best performing visual communication with our customers, for paid social and display channels.This role does not tackle UI/UX or product design, but rather focuses on paid media advertisement only - display, paid social media and programmatic ads.Our Designers are makers and storytellers that use design to bring ideas to life. Act as the go-to person on social & display design within the team.
- Manage supportive agencies, enable and consult on Zalando Brand Design
- Implement & oversee creative tests and creation of new guidelines and best practices as baseline for future projects.
- Act as brand ambassador and POC for all mid-funnel digital design formats; responsible to ensure and design red-thread.
- Manage multiple projects at once, both large and small, communicating clearly project prioritisation to leads and stakeholders
- 4+ years’ experience in digital and online marketing design
- Experience in design for digital, motion for social media, and display banners, as well as systemization of content and brand.
- Familiar with innovative design for new media; Ability to identify, pinpoint, and understand the needs of the customer
- Proficiency in Mac OSX, Adobe Suite and Figma. Ability to manage both creative and administrative tasks.
- Both a hands-on Designer and problem solver, you know how to manage stakeholders effectively and educate them on design processes. You can go and talk to customers, find an interesting angle and produce something without being asked.
