- You will be in the driver seat to create and develop Europe’s most aspirational and most wanted brands in the consumer sector focused on cannabinoids and other innovative ingredients in order to become the clear number 1 in terms of sales and value
- You are responsible for the management of our Consumer Business Unit - representing our “people first” culture and create an environment where our employees can live the values “act entrepreneurial”, “be transparent” and “continuously improve”
- You develop and execute the brand’s business strategies, set goals and assign targets to the team in order to attain the overall company’s OKRs
- You manage and develop the team, give guidance where needed and provide growth opportunities for our employees true to our motto “we want our employees to have a meaningful career”
- You follow our agile working method approach, handle information as transparent as possible and create an atmosphere that enables the teams to be self-organized, take ownership and make the best decisions for our companies success
- You oversee the business units financial performance, investments and other business affairs
- You bring in new and innovative ideas to the business and look for opportunities to expand
- You communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
- You participate in board meetings to drive the further development of the Sanity Group from a cultural and organizational perspective
- You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution
- You stand behind our people first culture and can identify with our values mentioned above
- You have proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position
- You have been part of a fast growing company and extensive experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer businesses and strong consumer brands on the european market
- You have knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
- You have a strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Your organisational and leadership skills are excellent
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
