In your role as Manager - Marketing Technology & Governance (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual Strategy & Business Cycle for Care Enablement. You design and implement new communication concepts to enhance virtual cooperation and collaboration for the relevant business areas.

Your assignments

Coordination and implementation of the annual Care Enablement (CE) Strategy & Business Cycle:


  • Concept development, execution, and follow-up of the CE Strategy & Business Cycle
  • Process management and moderation of the annual CE Strategy & Business Cycle
  • Align and support the business areas in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the CE Strategy & Business Cycle
  • Collect lessons learned, develop, and optimize the yearly CE Strategy & Business Cycle
  • Design and implement new virtual communication concepts to enhance the virtual cooperation and collaboration with the stakeholders of the CE Strategy & Business Cycle

Establish, organize, and further develop of digital cooperation and exchange platforms for the Care Enablement business areas (e.g., Business Units, Commercials Operations):


  • Concept development, implementation and further development of internal virtual meetings and events
  • Consult business areas on the implementation of internal virtual meetings and events

Provide guidance and support to Care Enablement business areas (e.g., Business Units, Commercials Operations) on the implementation of various governance initiatives.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or similar postgraduate education - PhD, MBA is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant area of responsibility
  • Profound knowledge and practical experience in project and change management as well as excellent presentation, facilitation, and training skills
  • Knowledge of change and project management techniques and skills
  • High social competencies inclusive excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions, even in the face of changing conditions or conflicting demands due to dynamic and global environment
  • Very strong team orientation and the skills to build and network effective teams as well as identify and build talents
  • High degree of flexibility, openness, and empathy in line with high resilience, persuasiveness, self-confidence, and the ability to work in a structured manner even under pressure
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages like German are an advantage
