Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.


The position is a Fixed Term contract.

Your profile

  • University Degree in related field

  • Professional experience in Waste Management & Reverse Logistics

  • Experience with tenders (e.g familiarity with RFI/RFQ)

  • Project management skills

  • Quality management experience

  • Data analysis skills

  • Basic understanding of contracting and law

  • Presentation skills

  • Fluency in English, German is a plus

Your tasks

  • Prepare RFI & RFQ for tenders about packaging materials and conclude the contracts with suppliers

  • Manage waste, conduct check-ups

  • Calculate and analyse costs of improvement projects and prepare reports

  • Conduct benchmark studies in logistics (e.g automation)

  • Audit logistic processes and procedures in European PDCs

  • Forecast demand and plan capacities

  • Manage and control budget for the department

  • Perform other duties as assigned
