Your contribution:
  • Design training strategy for EMEA
  • Put key initiatives into practice.
  • Design training programs to provide employees with the skills and knowledge they need to grow in their roles while helping grow the company.
  • Create overall Learning experience for employees and managers to support personal and organizational growth, in alignment with other TM processes and initiatives.
  • L&D activities include online courses, in-person training, mentorships, coaching, leadership training as well as support engagement activities across the region.
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement services and business solutions around and beyond batteries to achieve the company’s business growth and revenue targets.
  • Support the development a new business ecosystem with focus on connected services and adjacent opportunities.
  • Elaborate an appropriate framework to identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market share.
  • Develop new business models and strategies to untap new revenue streams and unexplored innovation processes.
  • Drive internal efforts focused on innovation and the identification of new business ideas, implement, and lead an EMEA Innovation Hub to embed a culture of change and transformation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, joint ventures, and start-ups.
  • Represent the Clarios brand in relevant industry events focused on connected services, digitalization, innovation, and new ventures to identify market opportunities and scout business ventures for potential cooperations.
  • Analyze strategic initiatives and business models, conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead the EMEA IAM Organization through the early stages of the product lifecycle process by developing a strong pipeline of new opportunities, guiding the team through value / effort discussions.
  • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop a strong and compelling value proposition for our future services portfolio to engage and drive further adoption by new partners and customers.
  • Conduct regular assessments (incl. risks and chances) on the performance of the new business opportunities guiding the EMEA organization on an efficient allocation of resources and efforts.
  • Provide recommendations for EMEA leadership team on new business investment opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • An enthusiastic, high-energy leader with well-developed influencing skills with the confidence and ability to work at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic approach and hands-on mentality
  • Proven success in a high volume, fast paced and growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and drive effective organizational change, within a complex, global organization.
  • Ability to conduct organizational assessments and determine the appropriate organizational development intervention.
  • An experienced leader with strong facilitation skills, communication skills and train-the-trainer competencies.
  • Strong business / HR acumen, who can work well in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Digital skills
Education and professional knowledge:
  • Degree in business administration, psychology or social sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR leadership roles, with an emphasis in talent management, learning and/or talent and organizational development.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership capacity (direct or indirect).
  • Extensive experience in leadership development processes including competency model, talent assessment, learning tools and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and social skills and English knowledge
  • Good user PC skills (MS Office 365)
