Lead IT Administrator (m/f/d)

tado° has a strong and fast-growing consumer business in 20 countries as well as a fast-growing B2B business with significant energy/utility companies as our customers. Your daily business will involve:

• Management of all company wide IT systems (SaaS)
• Supporting other departments by managing the vendor selection process when selecting new SaaS solutions and followed integration into our IT landscape
• Planning and implementing of enhancements and maintenance to our IT infrastructure in our Munich office (e.g. Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, phones, conferencing solutions)
• Setting up operating systems and user accounts
• Managing colleagues to support other teams and individuals with their day to day IT struggles
• Developing training of employees on our essential IT systems (e.g. Google Workspace, Email, Calendar, Security)

Requirements

• You are conscientious, used to taking initiative over receiving directions, and can manage your time and focus.
• You are very strong in explaining complex topics in English, appropriately tailoring your delivery according to your audience.
• You actively search for opportunities to improve yourself, the working process, your team collaboration, and feedback mechanisms.
• Native German speaker or German language level at C2
• You have worked a least 3 years in the area of professionally managing corporate IT systems
• You are confident automating repetitive tasks using scripting approaches (eg. Bash) and have basic programming skills (eg. JavaScript)
• You have real life experience with mobile device management and machine deployment for Windows and Mac

Any other time you can choose to work from anywhere you want, as long as you are available for pairing and video calls during our core hours from CET 9am to 5pm.
