Binogi creates educational animated videos and interactive quizzes, tailored to the school curriculum in each country. Students, teachers, and parents can learn, play and be inspired through Binogi’s web and mobile apps.
Who you are
You are Binogi’s face outwards and responsible for obtaining new customers (Bundesland, Kreise, Stadt and Schulträger), as well as maintaining existing customers engagement and keeping them up to date with our research and development project, “Das Binogi Bildungsprogramm”. Together with the Customer Success Manager, who works with onboarding and increasing the use and usefulness of Binogi, you ensure that Binogi and the Binogi Bildungsprogramm plays an important part in each customer’s development and digitalization journey.
Your role is both strategic and operational. You will focus on monitoring the market, bringing in new and repeat sales, as well as being responsible for strategic planning. The central part of your role is to develop and strengthen the relationships with potential and existing customers.
Together with a strong and value-driven team, you contribute to students in Germany receiving the very best support in school and getting them motivated to learn for life.
Your role
- You are responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy for assigned regions and customers
- You grow a quality pipeline in order to win profitable deals and to have predictable and accurate sales forecasts.
- You coordinate together with the Customer Success Team on pilot and implementation projects
- Maintain an ongoing feedback process with your customers, encouraging and developing collaboration
- You plan and attend networking events (physical & digital)
- You are responsible for the market intelligence in your designated areas, you create market intelligence reports and become the expert
- You report sales forecast on a regular basis
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 2 to 5 year experience in sales and account management
- Experience from public sector sales, as well as one or more of the following:
- consultative sales
- complex sales
- Sales of solution/services
- Fluent in German and internal working proficiency in English, in both speech and writing.
- Previous experience in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment is encouraged
