Company OverviewA leading Japanese industrial equipment manufacturer with a global presence is looking for an IT Support Technician for its European office located in Neuss.Job Responsibilities
  • Installing and configuring IT devices and IT systems for customers and for internal requirements.
  • Technical support and documentation in the event of faults and malfunctions in PC hardware, PC software, and communication problems with the devices.
  • Updating customers’ and devices’ databases.

Job Requirements
  • Completed training as a mechatronics technician or (IT systems) electronics technician
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, and PC hardware skills
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
