Your Future

• Within the IT of the Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG, we provide solutions for our 40 international subsidiaries. We work together with our colleagues from 30 different countries. We discover and develop innovative technologies and accelerate the digitalization at Dr. Oetker to create new business models
• In this function within the IT department you are responsible for the governance, evaluation and design of architecture enhancements of the global Microsoft 365 environment, with a special focus on topics related to Unified Communication and Collaboration systems
• As part in our Business Architecture Team, you are responsible for facilitating, defining and prioritizing business problems leading to the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions and others in the area of Collaboration and Knowledge Management
• You are the technical counterpart for our Cultural Development Team to ensure that best practices are shared within the organization to facilitate business processes and the daily work of end users
• You are the responsible contact person for communication and coordination with internal and external IT service providers and support in the project collaboration in an international team
• You will participate in handling all day to day technical support requests and will respond to incidents and events in accordance with the established SLA and KPI’s, if needed.
  

Your Strengths

• You have a degree in (business) Computer Science or Economics with IT-related qualifications
• During your several years of work you have gained experiences in the management, maintenance and support of Skype for Business Online / Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online environments
• You have knowledge in PowerShell as well as theoretical and practical experience in IT, especially Windows Server systems, Active Directory, Network and IT infrastructure in general
• Experiences in other Office 365 applications (Yammer, Planner, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Microsoft Flow) as well as Skype for Business, Exchange and SharePoint (on-premises) are desirable
• You are characterized by a high level of communication skills and you are open to promoting and supported new technologies and their benefits
• You have good written and spoken English skills
• You are a real team player and your work is deeply solution orientated. Your high self-motivation completes your profile.
