Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects. We bring deep, industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients’ requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group.

To support the People Services Team we are currently looking for an Intern (m/f/d) or Working Student (m/f/d) for Recruiting and HR Topics.

  • Take care of application management, for example:
    • Screen application documents
    • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers in English and German
  • Organize interviews
  • Take over responsibility for operational tasks in daily recruiting business and ad hoc requests
  • Support in other recruiting related projects and additional topics
  • Assist with administrative HR topics

  • Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
