YOUR ROLE

  • Build a shopper marketing / category management roadmap to pursue elevating Henkel capabilities and knowledge and stay ahead of the industry best practices
  • Cascade strategy to all regions/countries and ensure the regional/local shopper marketing / category management activities are closely linked and aligned with the overall strategy
  • Proactively look for superior innovative future oriented solutions (shopper & customer insights, technology platform, tools, suppliers, agencies) to grow Henkel business and expertise globally and locally
  • Coach and train teams, newcomers and any internal stakeholders to cascade Henkel shopper marketing & category management strategy, tools and practice
  • Work hand in hand with international marketing and regional teams to develop innovation presentations & sales stories

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • At least five to seven years working experience in marketing/sales including significant shopper marketing/category management for mass consumption brands
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly structured and ability to manage several projects in parallel and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including to top international key accounts or top management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Energy & Passion for innovation
  • Role model and setting pace within an international environment
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal, German language skills are beneficial
