Intern Talent Management (m/f/d)

Your Challenges
  • Support the TM team on all tasks connected to the annual talent management cycle (e.g. Performance Review / Talent Conferences)
  • Planning and organization of Leadership Development Programs
  • Work on long-term HR initiatives e.g. Employer Branding, Learning Strategy and Onboarding
  • Designing and creating learning content e.g. e-Learnings
  • Organize and Host Learning events, e.g. Networking Coffee, virtual Lunch & Learn sessions
  • Take over responsiblity for own Talent Management Project
Your Profile
  • Working towards Bachelor / Master’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar
  • Three to six months’ time to work with us
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Fluent English Skills
  • Team Player
  • Having fun learning and contributing in a global business environment
  • Enjoy working with a young and motivated team
