Position Overview
In your role as a HR Manager Production and Labor Relations you will be the HR Representative for our Production site in Paderborn, Germany, and its 1.100 internal and external employees. You will not only support the business in the Day-to-Day operational HR Tasks but also our diverse client group(s) and internal as well as external stakeholders in different HR topics and questions.
You are responsible for
- Full-scale HR management and qualified advice to German and international managers on all HR-related matters and labor relations topics
- Participation in regular (inter-)national management meetings, presentations, and discussions of HR topics
- Local implementation of global HR programs within the HRBP responsibility
- Initiating Labor Relations Activities and counseling on Labor Relations Topics
- Respected contact person for the German workers councils as well as conducting negotiations with various workers council committees, e.g. for the preparation and negotiation of local agreements
- Independent processing and safeguarding of all administrative HR processes within the employ-ee lifecycle with the involvement of the co-determination bodies for the provision of necessary personnel capacities, as well as the preparation of contracts, contract amendments and other personnel-relevant documents, taking into account the requirements of works constitution law and collective agreements
- Applies expertise to the operational business leaders to ensure organizational effectiveness incl. performance management, attrition management and support other HR functions in talent at-traction, training & development and succession planning
- Preparation of reports, forecasts and ad-hoc evaluations in the context of preparing personnel strategic decision documents and personnel controlling using MS Office, SAP HR and Oracle
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in economics law, or comparable qualification ideally with a focus on human resources management, or equivalent knowledge acquired in practice
- Minimum of 7 -10 years of experience as HR Manager in companies of comparable size and complexity, best within an international tariff-bound IT company
- Proven knowledge and experience with the strategic development and successful implementa-tion of modern Human Resources instruments in large-sized structures
- Confident handling in discussions and negotiations with works councils
- Confident and balanced personality with tact and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, dynamic, organized self-starter and responsible personality
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; the ability to work through complex, unstructured problems
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
- Built, sustain trust and engage with the teams and skillset to influence, coordinate and align with all involved/affected internal and external partners
- Business fluent in German and English as well as secure IT user skills in SAP and HR OneSource
