We are looking for a HR Generalist (m/w/d) in fulltime to support our People Shared Services in the DACH Region. As part of a local team, you will also act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main duties include amongst other managing of personnel records and HR documents, updating internal databases and employee life-cycle support. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our People Shared Services supports our employees in a professional service.
Your impact:
- Contact person for our national & international employees in a full range of operational HR related topics
- Maintain personnel records and update internal databases, preparing HR relevant documents
- Check and update our company policies & HR processes on a regular base
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Participation in various HR projects
- Support the People Shared Services in digitization
Your Skills & Experience:
- Proven work experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in HR Administration or comparable role
- Bachelor Degree with main focus on Human Resources or comparable education (e.g. commercial apprenticeship with further education in Human Resources “Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
- Experience in common HRIS tools (e.g. Success Factors)
- Firm knowledge in MS Office applications
- Base knowledge of German labour law and social law
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Fluently in German and very good knowledge in English
