YOUR TEAM

As a disciplinary leader, you will accompany your colleagues in the Secure Software Components division and contribute to the success of the team with your open and human personality. You break through old thought patterns and work out new goals together with the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for one organizational unit (called Secure Software Components) within the Software Platform department
  • Disciplinary leadership of Software Developers, Component Architects and Product Owners
  • Responsible for all working products of the organizational unit – regarding time, content and quality
  • Report and seek approval for project milestones together within the leadership, project management and customers
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g. management review)

WHO YOU ARE

  • Several years of professional experience in disciplinary leadership
  • Good knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (Agile) and the fresh mindset
  • Deeper knowledge about necessary security paradigms and patterns in the vehicle
  • Very strong team, communication and negotiation skills and analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as problem-solving skills
  • Very good English and German language skills in spoken and written
  • Experience with agile transformation in the automotive industry is an advantage
