About Us

The Head of Market Excellence Office (MEO) is a pivotal role in connecting MediaMarktSaturn’s digital activities across its 13 country markets. Digital capabilities are key for MMS to address the customer and business needs that are constantly evolving. The Market Excellence team is in charge of building and maintaining close relationships between the relevant stakeholders in MMS Group and the country markets, supporting the roll-out plans of the digital agenda and running selected projects and initiatives to accelerate the implementation across the country markets. In all these activities, the Head of MEO works closely with the CDO who sets the digital agenda for MMS.

Your tasks
  • Program Office to manage and track group wide CDO initiative portfolio to e.g. leverage best-in-class approaches
  • Leading selected projects of the CDO portfolio in cooperation with local market organizations
  • Developing and running tools for group wide performance tracking
  • Managing CDO community across all markets, organize meeting cadence, ensure team engagement
  • Support of CDO in strategy, committee and governance work
Requirements
  • University degree in business related topics
  • Several years of professional experience work in corporate environment
  • Experience of running cross functional, international initiatives
  • Knowledge of digital transformation critical / retail, e-commerce helpful
  • Strong analytical skills and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
