(Full Stack) Support Engineer (m/f/d)

• Use your technical expertise to investigate issues, research solutions, create win-win outcomes and deliver excellent software solutions to our customers
• You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment ensuring finway is properly and effectively deployed and functioning at our customers
• Coordinate customer communications as a tech representative if required
• Mastering the challenge of knowing our software inside out
• Assurance of high quality for tests, programming and code reviews

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable, alternatively training as an IT specialist
• Full Stack experience including mobile development, web engineering as well as experience in restful API development ideally including React and NodeJS
• Fluent in JavaScript & TypeScript
• Enthusiasm for startups and programming
• Ability to approach people openly and work reliably in a team
• Motivated, creative and independent working style
• Eager to be a “fixer”
