We are currently looking for an finance manager/group controller (m/f/d) to support the German operating units of the group (installation companies) in all financial and commercial issues for our office in Munich.

Finance Manager/Group Controller:

Your tasks, in close cooperation with the finance functions of Germany Holding, external tax consultants and lawyers:

• Support of the German Envision subsidiaries in the achievement of strategic and operational goals.

• Central point of contact for all commercial / financial issues and project responsibility for special topics

• Analysis / business controlling.

• Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes & planning.

• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB and IFRS) and analysis of monthly key figures

• Preparation of liquidity planning and ongoing monitoring, support in payment transactions

• Preparation of target/actual comparisons, comparisons with the previous year and deviation analyses for the company management

• Comprehensive cost controlling of projects and participations.

• Further development of controlling procedures, processes and tools

• Central contact for auditors, banks, and insurance companies

• Checking compliance with the Envision group guidelines, further development of the company-wide ICS.

• Development and maintenance of a document management system as part of investment management

Experience & Knowledge:

• Education in accounting and/or economics with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Level degree

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with auditing / controlling / accounting

• Professional experience in the field of controlling, ideally in corporate controlling

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

• High self-motivation and high sense of responsibility as well as discretion

• Team spirit and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and systems.

• Good computer skills, especially MS Office

• Basic DATEV and LucaNet knowledge is an advantage.

• Independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as flexibility, assertiveness, and high motivation.

• Strong global mindset with the ability to grow professionally in a culturally diverse environment.
