Job Description

We are searching for a customer oriented, motivated Event Administrator (m/f/d) to assist our marketing team in organizing and hosting events that increase our brand awareness and grow our pipeline for our product portfolio. The function assists our Event Managers in the development, preparation, and execution of a wide range of events in Europe and works closely with the Marketing team, Sales, Partnerships, and Office Management.

TheEvent Administrator - EMEA has the following responsibilities and duties:

  • Support the events team with a high number of events, ranging from big trade shows to small meetings across EMEA
  • Perform event back-office administrative tasks, such as procurement and logistics
  • Monitor and maintain the marketing inventory
  • Support in post-event evaluation and ensure proper lead handling
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and involvement across all planning phases
  • Project management support
Qualifications

  • +2 years practical experience in administration or hospitality
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High degree of customer orientation, organizational talent, reliability, attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • This role needs to be based in Göppingen
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
