Abbott Core Diagnostics is looking for anEnterprise Solution Director Core Diagnostics, DACH (m/f/d)Primary Objective Of Position
  • The Enterprise Solutions Director (ESD) CDx DACH is responsible for selling total solutions to enterprise and non‐enterprise hospital / lab accounts and/or strategic named prospect accounts in a specific region in Europe. The role owns the strategic customer relationship and is focused on retention, penetration and net new customer selling while ensuring economic profitability of operations. The ESD leads the acquisition team and will continuously enhance the team using coaching, feedback and driving a robust management cadence.
Major Accountabilities
  • Full responsibility for sales quota including forecasting and target performance achievement.
  • Full operational responsibility for the Enterprise Solution Team.
  • Drive profitable growth and close opportunities in the largest, complex enterprise‐named accounts and targeted, non‐enterprise accounts by initiating, developing and/or delivering unique solutions that result in improved customer outcomes and benefits Abbott; ensure all commitments are met.
  • Responsible to define, execute and realize go to market strategy, business development plan and sales plan to achieve revenue target, higher market share and execution of corporate strategy.
  • Accountable for lead generation, pipeline coverage, opportunity management,
  • contract negotiation, answering Requests for Proposal (RFP), revenue and
  • profitability.
  • Responsible for managing solution portfolio and resource allocation.
  • Establish and build deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders and
  • competitive situation.
  • Analyse impact of market trends and factors on customers.
  • Success in this role is measured by sales quota achievement, economic profitability, contract renewal rate, win rate of new customers and customer satisfaction score (NPS).
  • Development and implementation of a country/terriotrys specific commercialization strategy in the context of the CDx DACH overall strategy
  • Leadership in covering the local organizational challenges (e. g. Skill Will ACQ/CEX, generational change, sales strategy, coaching)
  • Coordination in cross functional ACQ & CEX activities while maintaining the existing ADD DACH cadence processes
Qaualification
  • University degree, ideally in medical technology. At a minimum, a degree in business, or Sales Management, or comparable is required.
  • Strategic ‐ A high‐level business orientation with a multi‐national understanding of how to translate business solutions and opportunities into business strategies and actions
  • Ideal candidate has a collaborative management style and disposition and is capable of working in a networked organization with a strong culture of virtual working teams
  • Strong track record leading an operational and functional organization of 50‐100 employees
  • Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge
  • Strong track record working in virtual settings across distributed teams
  • Strong solution selling and relationship building skills
  • Service oriented ‐ Achieves exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction by carefully analysing customer requirements and overcoming all hurdles to adapting product and service delivery to those requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Successful engagement with customers, specifically Senior Management and key stakeholders.
