For our division International Supply Chain at the headquarters in Wiesbaden we are looking for you as soon as possible as

Aufgaben

Taking on full responsibility for the daily order mgmt. operations & projects of your assigned export area:
  • Ensuring timely processing, max. fulfillment, proper documents, on time shipping & invoicing, claims mgmt.
  • Managing interface communication and coordinate with our intl. customers, logistics, sales, production and other stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts and develop efficiency solutions within the department as well as the HF-Group
  • Participate in & manage projects to help achieve our strategy and drive supply chain excellence and customer satisfaction
Profil
  • Successfully completed bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field (i.e. SCM) or equivalant work experience in the field of SCM and process optimization (FMCG is a plus)
  • You convince through excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office suite (advanced Excel skills are highly desired), SAP SD is a plus
  • You are a customer service oriented self-starter and highly motivated team player
  • Excellent English and German skills (verbal and written), Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
