RESPONSIBILITY


:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Handle daily accounts operation including vendor invoices, staff expense claims, vendor payments, and monthly accounting schedules
  • Handle bank reconciliation and inter-company transactions;
  • Prepare monthly financial statement and analytical reports for management
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaises with auditors on statutory audit
  • Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate procedures and guidelines
  • Conduct quarterly Balance Sheet reviews with the individual entities within GCSEA and assess P&L and CFOA impacts including drive actions to mitigate the negative financial risks
  • Manage Division management fees calculation & IT recharges invoicing. Consolidate GCSEA Admin spend monthly and track Division’s function team actual costs & spend vs budget/latest forecast.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Cultivate strong working relationships within GCSEA finance team and all relevant regional cross functional teams.
  • Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset

REQUIREMENTS


:


  • Bachelor Degree or above in Accountancy or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling full set accounting experience and/or audit.
  • Professional experience - familiarity with IFRS and local accounting/tax obligations
  • Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded with high level of accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Power Point.
  • Experience with Microsoft AX and HFM is a plus
