Proclinical are recruiting a Director Study Management (Oncology) for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a permanent basis. The client is focused on distributing transformative remedies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partake in the production of optimal patient recruitment tactics.
  • Offer performance management, performance examination, and rewards submissions for direct reports, and levels below as pertinent.
  • Produce relationships and networks with investigators and any other company personnel.
  • Cooperate in international/local conversations and provide advice on international/local specific queries concerning oncology studies.
  • You will promote and encourage discussions within and across the divisions.
  • Recognise and enable resolution of multifaceted studies and teams, people issues and concerns.
  • Guarantee compliance with all locally and internationally used systems, for example: VCV, MyTime, Accord, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will assist and conform to continuous assurance actions, reporting and activities when needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.
